I was once arguing (in a provincial Supreme Court) with a snotty barrister — not having a clue about his rambling drivel’s point. So I took careful note of his body-language. From that point on, things were easy.

In fact, in this new “pre-war” build-up of Left vs Right, the facts, although important, do not help all that much. The Left does not appeal to truth or facts. Body-language can be the litmus test of truth or lie.

I’m thinking Serenity Now needs no words to argue his case. Like bHo, it’s not the silly or confused or uninformed words. But then he has the disadvantage of LibSlam and iSlam in one depleted cranium.

Thanks for being there. I have committed both journalism and lawyering professionally and I think your reportage is useful for all.
For example, the Sun reporter did a nice tight job, but he made a choice on what to include in a necessarily brief story. I think it was a good choice, but observations, admittedly subjective, have value.

I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter! This is like the ‘Green Mile’ of free speech serial novellas.
Please include more details, we’re not at all resenting the word count. Is Mr Vigna dripping sweat, is Ezra giving his ‘Cheshire Cat’ smile? Pictures? Pictures after the event out front of the courthouse would be fabulous!

Well that was a useless read. Your comments are confined to the superficial – body language, tone etc as if you were reviewing a play. The actual legal arguments made by either side seem to have soared over your head without the slightest inclinantion of making contact with your brain.
