Today, Vlad Tepes interviewed me regarding my failed attempt to hold an International Draw Muhammed Day event in Ottawa, on the Parliament Hill, yesterday.
I hope this clarifies any outstanding questions as to why I though I had a permit to hold the event, when, at the last minute, it had been denied.
Also thanks to Vlad Tepes, here are some audioclips from CFRA, Ottawa’s talk show station, on the topic.
First audioclip is from Tuesday night’s Late Night Counsell on 19th of May
And here, Vlad was kind enough to put up commentary and comments from CFRA’s Lowell Green show on May 20th:

Canadians need to become aware what’s in discriminatory Sharia law.
Islam actually encourages vigilantism among its followers. That is the main problem with Islam. There are many proofs of this in Sharia law and authentic fatwas from the leaders of Islam, both past and present.
Sharia permits the murder of anyone who verbally opposes Islam, since they are at war with Islam:
“There is no indemnity obligatory for killing a non-Muslim (harbi) at war with Muslims.” -Reliance of the Traveller, o4.17, p.593
Such a law of impunity for CERTAIN KINDS of murderers is vigilantism and people taking the law into their own hands (while appealing to a ‘higher law’ and assuming they are doing the will of God) create CHAOS. There must not be such people in Canada.
Their vigilantism should be stamped out in Canada by applying the full extent of Canadian law.

Xanthippa:
Great interview!
I find myself in complete accord with the views you expressed, except for one thing…
The idea, that violence is to be avoided at all costs, is a deadly thought virus that corrodes everything admirable in Western culture.
A certain amount of violence is to be very much preferred over the increasingly sick things we do to avoid it.
