This proposal to ban the sale of 16oz+ sodas in every place short of grocery stores is a poorly crafted law.
1. People can still buy 2 12 oz sodas. It will just cost them more.
2. 250 calorie sodas are banned, while 24 oz 900 calorie milkshakes are okay.
