I generally agree with the video. Putin, as dishonest and manipulative as he is, is certainly advantageous in this stand-off. Since Russia has long ago absolved itself from any obligation to help maintain a stable peaceful world, it has no vested interest in what happens to Syria, whereas the United States potentially faces a negative consequence regardless of what it does.

The world is in a position between condoning a volatile country to have chemical weapons, or getting engaged in a fruitless conflict. Putin’s anti-war stance is obviously a more popular solution, but it is backed with an agenda unfortunately.

Putin and Obama are two ruthless psychopaths

The difference is that Obama is a self-absorbed champagne-socialist with little understanding of other than ‘Chicago-style’ politics while Putin, a fromer KGB torturer, has a deep understanding of what drives people and is very, very cunning.

I do agree with how the United States government is handling the Syria situation at this current moment, especially considering what Congress and the ignorant populist “American people” want as an alternative.

      Gunpoint diplomacy is great stuff.
