Here is a most excellent rant by a 14-year-old of my acquaintance:
Diversity. It sounds pretty good in theory, right? Lots of cultures and ideas coming together to get the best out of all of them. However, due to each culture’s history, some jobs attract different classes of people more. Office jobs often attract lots of white people, mostly males, basketball has a lot of African-Americans, and so on. That’s ok. People can do what they want. However, some people decided that everyone needs to be so politically correct that they not only avoid using derogatory terms, but actually make sure that they get a certain amount of visible minorities in certain jobs.
Why? That makes about as much sense as going through each box of Smarties and making sure each has an equal number of each coloured Smarty. There’s so much political correctness going around that even if you meant no harm, if you accidentally say something someone somewhere might find offensive, you can get sued for thousands of dollars by people who aren’t even the offended party, and they don’t even give that money to those who are offended.
When you own a corporation, you need to make sure you have at least a certain number of visible minorities working for you, or else the PC police get all up in your jimmies. Let’s say you start a company with lots of computers involved. Let’s say when going through your applications, you hire the best people for the job, ignoring their race. Then when they show up for work, they’re all white males. You now need to look in the applications for the next best application of people who are also visible minorities, even skipping the application of a boring white male who is better qualified. All this so you don’t seem racist to the PC (Politically Correct) police. Do you see the problem? You need to hire people NOT by how qualified they are, but how qualified they are AND their race/gender. That is almost a textbook example of racism or sexism. You need to be a bigot to look like you’re not a bigot!
And this is no small issue; this is a huge problem. You don’t really hear people talking about this in public, and that is because they don’t want to be sued. This is holding back freedom of speech, while taking lots of time and money to ensure people follow regulations. Not many people even know that this is a problem.
So you see, diversity is not always so good. Especially when it’s enforced. In fact, it is counter-productive a lot of the time, and puts a huge metaphorical boulder on everyone’s back. Toss away the boulder, get a back massage, work on your posture, and choose your employees based on skill, not race or gender.

Now, let’s take it a step further…
The destructive effects of political correctness constitute an existential threat to Western civilization. This is palpably obvious to anyone with eyes to see.
Let’s not kid ourselves: the people who run this place, the globalist oligarchs, are not stupid. Not even close.
They don’t make mistakes of this magnitude by mistake.
So why are these things happening?
To answer that, we must understand how all this fits into the big picture, so let’s look at how the men who own the world got to where they are today.
Again and again, throughout all of history – moving opportunistically from Mesopotamia to the Mediterranean to Europe to Britain to America – they took over and subjugated new lands by creating conditions that impelled adventurous, capable, self-reliant, freedom-loving people to move there.
Each time, the population of the new land was drawn from the toughest and smartest, and thus the most individualistic, of the previous land… who were drawn from the toughest and smartest of the land before that, and so on.
This process created the white race through what amounts to several thousand years of selective breeding.
White people were the “shock troops” sent in whenever a new land needed to be conquered. Indeed, they didn’t even need to be “sent in” because they went eagerly of their own free will. They were bred for it. The oppressive regulation and suffocating conformity of the settled lands were unbearable to them.
All this culminated in the pre-World-War-II USA: the most free, prosperous, capable and individualistic nation the world has ever seen.
But with that, their need for shock troops has come to an abrupt end; there are no new lands left to conquer. Thus, from the globalists’ point of view…
The white race has outlived its usefulness and must be destroyed.
Indeed, the very traits that the white race was bred for are what makes the white race the only remaining threat to the globalists – the only force left capable of unseating them from their almost unassailable position of world dominance.
Let’s be very clear about this: the world was tamed for these ruthless tyrants by… white people.
Specifically, white Christian heterosexual men.
And wherever they went, they took their culture with them. Cultural Marxists (the academic ring leaders of the people you so aptly call the political-correctness police) refer to this culture as the White Christian Hetero-Patriarchy. They used to use the term WASP, meaning White Anglo-Saxon Protestant, but they have refined their technique and refocused their attack.
The attack comes on many fronts. Political correctness is the psychological warfare component, which aims to
make whites ashamed of being white;
make Christians ashamed of being Christian;
make heterosexuals ashamed of being heterosexual;
make men ashamed of being men.
Economic warfare exports jobs and business opportunities so as to undermine their capacity to support themselves and their families.
Legal warfare (lawfare) infringes their inalienable rights so as to enfeeble their ability to defend themselves and their families and prevent them from speaking out.
Education and language are perversely reshaped to deny them the knowledge and even the words they need to think the thoughts which express what is being done to them.
The culture of victimhood is promulgated to demoralize them and prevent them from thinking of themselves as fighters, because a fighter has a chance of winning but a victim has already lost.
The attack even has a biological warfare component which renders them weak and sick by delivering estrogenic pollutants and disease-causing agents in the air they breathe, the water they drink, and the food they eat.
This is the naked truth, pure and simple.
But a century of cultural Marxism has as made it virtually unspeakable. Anyone who dares to utter this truth is immediately shouted down, shunned, and branded with labels like hater, bigot racist, sexist, homophobe, religious fanatic, conspiracy theorist, white supremacist and neo-Nazi.
Whatever works to confuse the issue, hide the truth, and discredit the truth-teller.
The truth is that the globalist oligarchs are the real neo-Nazis, and the cultural Marxists are their craven servants.
The truth is that cultural Marxism exists to make the white race accept and even embrace its own destruction.
There is indeed a war on for your mind. But it doesn’t stop there. They want your whole genome.
They want to breed the self-respect, self-reliance, and indomitable individualism right out of white people – until they become conveniently compliant and collectivist, like all the other races already are.
Look around you. See the truth.
It’s time to take the gloves off and stop pussy-footing around.
In fact, it’s way past time.
