Humour is a weapon against bullies and totalitarians: this is why ‘cartoons’ have such power.
While I am in Calgary for the Freedom School Conference, I thought some humour might be just the thing:

It tells the story of a satirical magazine published in Tbilisi a century ago, using satirical cartoons to promote women’s equality, individual rights and secularism…
In this cartoon, the magazine depicts a prison with windows and a house of Muslim women with none
This 1909 cartoon, Pilgrimage to Hajj, had a pretty clear message
Oh, and if you thought that depicting Muhammad whom Muslims consider to be a prophet is forbidden by Islam, here are some ACTUAL PORTRAITS OF MUHAMMAD – with his face shown – FROM ISLAMIC SOURCES!!!

My friend Elsa was told by some New Agers:

These things were told her as ‘truths’ and, as an intelligent, thinking person, she found them, well, for lack of a softer yet sufficient term, idiotic. They inspired this installment of “The This Is Not Reality’ show (remember the ‘Nicies’?), the ‘High Priestess’:
